At Illustrate Weddings, we believe in a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Here’s how our process works:
We start with a friendly consultation to discuss your vision for your wedding illustrations. This is the time to share your ideas, themes, and any specific requests you have in mind.
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit based on your chosen package. This secures your place in our schedule.
After booking, you’ll need to provide:
- High-quality photographs of the couple
- The text and information to appear on the invitation or welcome sign
- A description of the illustration concept, along with any inspiration
Once we have your materials, we begin the design process. You will receive initial drafts for review, allowing you to see the progress and provide feedback.
Your package includes two (2) rounds of revisions. We’ll work closely with you to incorporate your feedback and make adjustments as needed to ensure the final design meets your expectations.
Once you’re completely satisfied with the illustrations, we’ll finalize the artwork and send you high-resolution digital files. If you ordered printed materials, they will be delivered to your specified address.
